2 ounces 1/3-less-fat cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons peanut butter
12 (2 1/2-inch-long) celery sticks
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Combine softened cream cheese and peanut butter in a medium bowl.
Beat with a mixer at medium speed for 1 minute or until light and fluffy.
Place peanut butter mixture in a small zip-top bag or a pastry bag with a star tip.
Pipe about 2 teaspoons peanut butter mixture into each celery stick.
Sprinkle evenly with ground red pepper
