Protein Tiramisu



  • Mix together the following until smooth
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 TBS water (optional but depends on your choice of protein)
  • Optional: A pinch of sweetener

The mixture should be relatively thick but pourable. Spray a mug with cooking spray and then pour the mixture in. Pop the mug into the microwave and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, BUT you may need to stop the microwave every 30 seconds or so as the batter may rise

While the cake is cooking, add 1 TBS coffee to 1 cup of boiling water. You can add some sweetener to the coffee if you would like.

Once your mug cake has cooked, turn the mug over and then slice the cake. Place the cake into a dish and cover with the coffee. Leave for 10 minutes or so.

Add 2 to 3 TBS of the Eat Naked Peanut butter with 2 to 3 TBS of the Eat Naked honey. Microwave for 20 seconds or so. Add this to 1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese and mix together until smooth.

Choose the glass that you would like to use and use this as a ‘cutter’ to make sure that you get the perfect shaped sliced of cake. Dip each coffee soaked cake into some cocoa.

Spoon some of the cottage cheese mixture into the bottom of the jar and top with some cake- repeat this until all the mixture and cake has been used

Top with a sprinkle of cocoa and leave in the fridge to set
