Peanut Butter Energy Bites

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup EatNaked Peanut butter
  • 2 TBS honey
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour

**Sugar free chocolate/Dark chocolate to drizzle over (optional)

METHOD:

  1. Add the peanut butter and honey to a pot and gently melt together.
  2. Take off the heat and add the coconut flour and stir until a dough starts to form.
  3. Roll into balls and pop into the fridge to cool.
  4. While the balls cool, melt the dark chocolate and then drizzle over.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
