Cinnamon Roasted Pears with Vanilla Yogurt

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 pears, halved
  • 2 tablespoons Eat Naked honey
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Vanilla yogurt
  • Walnuts, as garnish

METHOD:

  • STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 180C
  • STEP 2: Place pears onto the pan and drizzle over honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • STEP 3: Before serving, add a scoop of vanilla yogurt into the center of each pear and sprinkle with walnuts.
