Chocolate Peanut Butter Lollies (makes 4)

Ingredients:

For the lollies:

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup Eat Naked Natural Peanut Butter
  • ¼ cup coconut cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • For the topping:
  • 30g vegan dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • ¼ cup crushed peanuts

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender
  2. Evenly distribute mixture between 4 lolly moulds
  3. Place moulds in the freezer
  4. Once frozen, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together
  5. Drizzle chocolate mixture over lollies, followed by the crushed peanuts
  6. Enjoy! ♥
