Ingredients:
For the lollies:
- 2 frozen bananas
- ½ cup almond milk
- ¼ cup Eat Naked Natural Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- For the topping:
- 30g vegan dark chocolate
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- ¼ cup crushed peanuts
Method:
- Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender
- Evenly distribute mixture between 4 lolly moulds
- Place moulds in the freezer
- Once frozen, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together
- Drizzle chocolate mixture over lollies, followed by the crushed peanuts
