YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup @eatnakednudefood roasted almonds (or raw)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2-3 tablespoons of Raw honey (depends on your preference 🐝)
- 2 tablespoons @eatnakednudefood peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon (great craving buster 💥 )
- 1 little sprinkle of nutmeg
- Mix everything together … I blended half of the mixture and left the other half whole for texture 😛
- Make balls or bars for on the go snacks or even breakfast!
- Keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh and ready for when the munchies strike 😛
1 serving is 3-4 balls.
