Carrot Cake Bites

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup @eatnakednudefood roasted almonds (or raw)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoons of Raw honey (depends on your preference 🐝)
  • 2 tablespoons @eatnakednudefood peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon (great craving buster 💥 )
  • 1 little sprinkle of nutmeg
  1. Mix everything together … I blended half of the mixture and left the other half whole for texture 😛
  2. Make balls or bars for on the go snacks or even breakfast!
  3. Keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh and ready for when the munchies strike 😛

1 serving is 3-4 balls.
