Blueberry Jam

I have a recipe for you all!!
Are you a big fan of jam, but you do not want all that sugar in the jam?
Well, I have found a recipe that might just help you…
What if I told you this recipe contains zero refined sugar or cane sugar?
What if I told you this recipe contains chia seeds?

Here is the recipe:

  • 1 cup Blueberries – I placed my Blueberries that were in the freezer in my fridge overnight to make them soft.
  • 2 tbsp Honey – I used @eatnaked raw honey.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract.
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds.
  • 1 Squeeze of Lemon.

All you do is in a saucepan you put the blueberries – mash them with a fork first – in there and wait about 5 minutes. You take the saucepan off the stove and add the rest of ingredients. You mix all the ingredients in and allow it to cool. Once cooled place the jam into a sealed container and place in fridge for 3 hours and BOOM You have your homemade jam.

Benefits of jam is that it keeps hunger at bay and can reduce your risk of a heat attack and cardiovascular disease. This jam since t contains Blueberries, is full of antioxidants. Making it appealing to maintain your healthy lifestyle.
